The Cetaphil daily facial cleaner is very easy to use and gentle on my skin. I bought this about a month ago and there's still at least half the bottle left! I had great expectations and this surpassed it. I do believe there can be a little improvement but this is a great product and I use it at night before going to bed as a facial cleanser. So I've used this product for almost a year due to my work always making me sweat and giving me acne. When I had asked someone to go to the store and pick it up for me they did and got the “new and improved” I thought the ingredients probably didn't change and used it like how I normally would with my daily routine and my face got red and irritated. I went and grabbed my older bottle thankfully I didn't take out the trash and looked at the difference in the ingredients. I didn't notice the change in scent I have a bad sense of smell and it didn't feel off until I started to gently massage it and rinse it off. I went to the review section to see if anyone els it reacting this way to the “new and improved” wash and saw a comment and then saw your reply that you didn't change the formula, though I remember it not having citric acid and other items in the ingredients. Plus there's a lot of ingredients missing. I threw both bottles out hence why I have to use pictures form the internet but I just wanted to let you all know that if you're going to say the formula didn't change maybe recheck you're previous ingredients and put them on the new bottle as well.

One of my favorite cleanser ever! It's honestly so gentle on the skin, doesn't leave my skin looking or feeling dry. I wouldn't improve this product by anything cause it's made very gentle and nice. And very affordable too! They could change the packaging a little bit ! 

I recommend this item but at the same time I don't because I use to put it on daily and it worked for like a month ,but then the next month came and out of nowhere I just started to get a lot of grown in pimples and yeah so idk if it's because of my skin type.

This product has been one of the best cleansers I have bought! I personally have a mix of both oily and dry skin. This cleanser has allowed me to both clean my face without drying my face and leaving the right amount of oil on my face. So far this cleanser has lasted me a long time!

This is a great cleanser to just simply cleanse your face with no irritating or drying ingredients. It leaves your face feeling nice and clean with even just a little bit of product. I have acne and skin that can break out easily and this hasn't cause that. Definitely recommend!

Cetpahil is a brand I always sway back and forth with. It's gentle on the face, and I enjoy its soft texture. It does not leave any residue. It gets its job done of cleaning your face, but I have done research and it doesn't have the best ingredients for your skin. There is still some perfume in the product. I try to keep all natural since I am acne prone. 

Being a beauty junkie, I have tried tons of cleansers. I also have to be mindful as someone who has dry and sensitive skin, but still want a cleanser to remove my makeup. Cetaphil checks off all my boxes- it's gentle enough on my skin, removes makeup, yet is not harsh and doesn't dry my skin. I gave it four stars because at times I feel it's not quite enough to fully remove my eye makeup (I just use cleansing wipes as an added step for that), otherwise, I find that it's great for all skin types.

Love this product! Used for many years to remove my makeup and was gentle on my skin and did not break me out! I always had a problem with cleansers drying my skin out too much, but this product never did! My dermatologist recommended it and I love it!

I've been using this cleanser for almost two years. I just love it. I have oily skin and I used to break out a lot, especially in my forehead, I was desperate and I went to the dermatologist and she recommended this cleanser. It's super gentle to my skin, especially in the areas where I break out. Leaves your skin clean and soft and It's super affordable.
