I used to use this stuff almost every day after my aunt accidentally left a bottle of it behind when she moved out of the house ;) It kept my skin clear for a while, but soon I began to realize my skin was drying out. When I ran out of the bottle I switched to an even gentler cleanser, but I would definitely buy a Cetaphil cleanser again. 

I have eczema on my face. I've been trying Anything people suggested to try and control the dry flaky patches. Finally I was told to use cetaphil. Let me tell you, My face is happy. The patches have cleared up a lot. It doesn't leave my face feeling dry or tight. The smell is so light and clean.

This product is very good, but drying. I like it and use it right now, but hoping to change my cleanser because this has no benefits it just cleans your face which is good too. I just think there are a lot of better products out there and it is in a good price range.

My go to facial cleanser - never have breakouts or reactions to this formula. It is the perfect consistency that lathers but not like crazy. I appreciate that it doesn't have fragrance as well and think it works perfectly for my skin which is sometimes sensitive to cleansers.

I bought this cleanser thinking that it would help clean my oily face, but all I got from it was a strong smell that literally made me feel sick to my stomach. I have no idea how to even identify it, but it is a really chemically strong smell that makes one nauseous.

Love it really helped with my acne I one hundred percent recommend I loved it so much it did leave my skin dry but I also got the moisturizer so that kind of balanced out leaves my skin looking amazing go buy it right now I personally have oily and dry skin so you know it just depends on you and how you feel but I've personally loved it

So this has been recommended to me by two different dermatologists as a just as effective cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive cleansers. I've used it for years! I had a problem with acne in high school and that was when I first started using this cleanser. I still use it today as more of a preventative measure as my acne cleared up (aside from the occasional break out). It doesn't have an over bearing smell and does a good job cleaning. It's not perfect though and when I follow up with micellear water I still get some foundation and stuff.

I've always had skin problems, tried all sorts of products and none worked for me or they would dry or irritate my face. I decided to try this cleanser because it was affordable and I had read tons of reviews stating it was not overly drying on sensitive skin. Using it 2x a day with toner at night and sunscreen, my skin has cleared up almost completely!

Despite this cleanser being recommended by dermatologists for being gentle, I do not feel like it works well at all. It does a very poor job of removing any makeup and leaves me feeling like I want to wash my face again. I used it for years thinking that this was the best cleanser because it was gentle but upon trying other products, I've realized there's many others that are just as gentle that provide a deeper cleanse.  Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser
