Very gentle to your face without harshful ingredients. it doesn't lather but that's the point of not having toxic ingredients. you may do patch test overnight to check if you'll have allergic reaction first. purging can be another result. I'm not a pro, just patch test is always needed.

Unless your skin is super oily STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. This product stripped all moisture from my skin and cause my skin to flake off. It took me 2 weeks to soothe my skin from the irritation this product caused. This product is not gentle and SHOULN’T be used with sensitive or dry skin!

Cetaphil is a company that I've utilized in my skin care kit for many years. I often suffer from eczema, and this company is gentle enough on my skin to maintain its chemistry without disturbing the delicate skin on my face. This cleanser is a winner!

Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser is something I CAN NOT live without! The cleanser doesn’t leave behind an odd residue and leaves you feeling actually clean. It’s gentle on the skin and smells nice! Often times you can get pregnancy acne, and this cleared it up for me in no time! ❤️

I was previously using this cleanser on a daily basis then I ran out of it and just decided to take another route. For a while it was working then as I continued to use it, it seems like it was no longer as effective as it once was. I did notice it was making my face dry after using it but I'm not sure if it was this product alone or if it was a combination of all of the products I was using. I recently decided to start using it again because it is a great cleanser especially for my sensitive skin. So, now we will see if it will be as effective for me this time around.

This was a very nice product, the formula is really good. The pump makes everything so much easier. However it was not my all time favorite. I do like this product a lot and I would reccomend it, just wasnt the perfect fit for my skin. I have very dry and sensitve skin.

In highschool when I had really bad acne Cetaphil really turned my skin around. It’s one of the only face washes that doesn’t completely dry out my skin or make it irritated. Super affordable and lasts a very long time! I would definitely recommend this face wash!!!

I use this in the morning before moisturizing and applying makeup, then the Cetaphil Gentle Exfoliating Facial Cleanser at night. It’s been about six months and I’ve seen a drastic improvement in my skin’s clarity and texture. Also packaging is very convenient with the pump, a single pump is the perfect amount to cleanse your face. Highly recommend!

I used the original Gentle Skin Cleanser for many, many years. It worked very well for me. I have use the new version once. I may give it a few days, but I am searching for a replacement. I have not heard any complaints about the old formula. I do not know why you would think your customers would want a change.
