I don't know what I'm going to do now. After years of suffering from horrible acne, I went through so many garbage products to treat it. Then I came across Cetaphil daily cleanser, and it changed my life for the better. My back acne went away, and my face improved tremendously. This new "Improved" formula is terrible! It barely removes/ cleans the oil from my face, and my face is itchy, clogged, and uncomfortable after using it. It feels like I'm just rubbing the sebum in my oily face around. If you guys wanted to make a new formula, you could have just advertise it as a separate product. I'm stressing out because I had made this a staple in my routine for years, and now I can't use it anymore. Please, please let me know if there's any chance of you bringing back the old formula. I don't want to go through the nightmare of trying out new products again.

My morning routine, is to always wash my face. This cleanser is great, but I feel like its a morning cleanser since it seems to be a little light and not tough acting or scrubbing. Does that mean it isn't tough acting? Not at all. But for me, its gentle enough to wash off whatever I have on my face from my nights sleep and leave me ready for the day!

This is a must-have for me, and I have used it every day without fail for quite a few months. This is affordable and gets the job done. The only thing I would do different is that the nozzle often malfunctions, so maybe some other technology in the future?Love it though!

Dude! If  you suffer from sensitive, dry, oily or skin rashes from product use this is the stuff for you! I use this daily to remove my makeup and it took me too long to find it. This leaves my skin feeling soft, and does not leave me feeling dry or tight. Also,  it is so gentle it does not cause any breakouts or rashes! I love this!

I am OBSESSSSSEEEEED with this! I tried it in a trial size and after the first use I felt my face so clean! I had never seen nor felt so clean. It doesn’t state that it is a makeup remover per say but it takes off even waterproof mascara. I use this 2x a day and loveeee the smell too.

I have been using your products since I was 16 and I'm now 50 years old. I brought some cetaphil about a week ago and I noticed that it stated new and improved. I wondered how could you change something that was already so great. I absolutely hate your new product. It feels greasy and it smells awful. Please go back to your original formula.

I'm currently loving Simple Moisturizing Facial Wash Pouch, but I do love Cetaphil. I get the one for combination skin. I find the original to be too greasy for me. I switch between products. Usually, I get whichever one is on sale! #facewash #gentle #nevershopalone #shopsquad

I really don't understand some of the reviews about the scent. It has always smelled like this ever since I was in high school from 08 to 2011. The fragrance smells refreshing. And honestly the old formula dried out my face MORE. The new formula is a win for me. It effectively keeps my face moisturized but washes away my oily spots perfectly. And if a cleanser does dry you out, try turning your water temperature down to lukewarm when washing your face, That could be one of the reasons your face dries out with this cleanser. THE NEW FORMULATION IS A WIN, PLEASE DO NOT GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL. AS AN ESTHETICIAN I APPROVE OF THIS PRODUCT AND I'M GLAD I CAME BACK TO THIS AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.

I love having the Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser as part of my daily face wash routine. It doesn't lather up as much as I'd like to, but it is very gentle, not drying and doesn't have a strong smell which you get with some other cleansers. Sometimes if I don't use a brush scrub, I get some remnants of make up on my towel, however it helps if you have a face towel or scrubber to use in conjunction with it. 

So gentle, but also intense enough to get all of my makeup off. I used a charcoal wash for a few years thinking it was helping my skin, but I think it was stripping it too much. This face wash leaves my skin clean, but still not too dry. Love it, will probably never go back.
