i use this 4-5 times a week and have been for the past few years. it helps to get off residual makeup, rinse away oil and gosh knows what else, and just overall helps my skin feel clean and fresh without over drying. i keep in in my shower and it’s great for face, shoulders/back, and chest.

This face wash is my favorite way to get a clean feel at the start and end of my day. Its pretty cheap and it leave my face feeling like it can tackle the day. I have a combination skin and it never leaves my face too dry or oily. I can't think of a negative effect. It kind of tingles when you out it on and if you are sunburned it kind of stings but other than that, this face clenser is the best I've tried.

I have been using your products since I was 16 and I'm now 50 years old. I brought some cetaphil about a week ago and I noticed that it stated new and improved. I wondered how could you change something that was already so great. I absolutely hate your new product. It feels greasy and it smells awful. Please go back to your original formula.

I’ve always loved Cetaphil products, but this one cleanser is a little disappointing. Since I have sensitive skin, I would usually look out for gentle cleansers like this one so my face won’t break out as easy. Even though this cleanser does do a good job soothing my skin, it is kind of low on pH level and it’s not strong enough to clean all the excess things on my face after a day of going places.

I am absolutely in love with this product! I have very oily and very sensitive skin and I have used so many different products and none of them have done what I’ve needed them to do except this one! I saw a difference in my skin within a week and it’s so refreshing on my sensitive skin! I highly highly recommend this product especially if you have oily sensitive skin!

I have been using this for years. It is so gentle on your skin and leaves it feeling smooth. I deal with breakouts from time to time and this is the only face wash I will use. It has no harsh ingredients so if you have sensitive skin I would definitely recommend this.

I will swear by Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser. I have been using this since my teens. It cleans wonderfully and keeps my skin from drying out and breaking out. Don't buy anything but this. I have sensitive skin and Cetaphil is gentle on it. I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using cetaphil for YEARS and it’s worked wonders for me. It’s always been the most reliable cleanser for me since my skin is a bit sensitive, but also oily and prone to acne. Now that they’ve changed the formula, it doesn’t work for me anymore! It made my face get itchy red patches. Guess it caused an allergic reaction. The Cetaphil for Sensitive Skin doesn’t work the best on my skin because I feel like it doesn’t clean it as well as the original. Please continue the original formula!!!

I have a very sensitive skin and had lots of acne problem. So finding the right product for my skin is always a struggle. Most of drugstore product doesn't work or are too harsh. Cetaphil doesn't feel harsh, my skin doesnt feel dry and it removes all the make up, which is the best. It does not foam like other product.
