So sad! I have used Cetaphil daily facial cleanser for the past 13+ years and loved the product. The new formula is awful. I am in my 30’s and do not have problems with acne, but the new formulation is causing me to breakout terribly. Nothing else has changed in my life except for the formulation of this product. Unfortunately, Cetaphil has lost me and I am now in search of a replacement for what used to be a daily favorite product

I absolutely love Cetaphil, I have not had a problem with any of the products I own of this brand. I love how it's not harsh, no strong fragrance and it leaves my skin feeling absolutely amazing! And to top it off it's dermatologist recommended Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion

I love this cleanser, are use it every single day and it helps with acne so much, I try a lot of facial products and this is one of my staples that I always go back to using. It has so much product in the bottle and is very inexpensive and can be found at the drugstore. I would highly recommend this for anybody dealing with acne.

I am very picky when it comes to facial cleansers. I have tried many and yet I keep coming back to the OG! 6 years of using this and my skin has never had any adverse reactions to it. Leaves my skin feeling clean without residue and without clogging my pores, which is amazing.

Highly recommend my all times favorite face cleanser. I use this to wash my face after a day of full face makeup and it helps keep my face smooth,clean, and pimple free. I have clear skin and I have been using this face cleanser for all my life so I believe this is key to my clear face :)

I have used this product for several years and loved it. Never had any problems. Just recently purchased the "new & improved" product as that is what is available now. After a few weeks of use, my skin is so dry and flaky. I will be searching for a different brand to use.

I have been using and loving the Daily Facial Cleanser for years. Now they’ve changed the formula and I HATE it. It’s thin and watery, smells bad, makes my face dry and I’m starting to break out again. I am SO disappointed Cetaphil would choose to change something that was working so well and am heartbroken that I’ll have to start looking for another product that works for me. PLEASE return to the original formula.

Most valuable drugstore cleanser ever , leaves your skin soft , bright , you can use it as a mask too when your skin is feeling to dry leave it for 15 min and don’t wash it up , just retire the excesses with a dry clean towel , you’ll thank me later , I love this product I can’t stop buying it over and over again!!

I LOVE THIS FACE WASH!! Not only is it affordable, it cleans your skin without being too harsh & doesn’t have a fragrance which is nice. I have been using this face wash for a couple of years now & my skin has improved so much! I would recommend this to anyone who wants to have an easy skin care routine!

I.use this product morning and night. It leaves my skin silky smooth and so soft. The light scent isn’t overpowering at all, and 1-2 squirts is all you need for a good foamy cleanse. It doesn’t take much, the price is great, it works! What more could you want in a product?!
