It works very well. I have IBS-D, and have to take it if I have a "heavy meal," or whenever I have a "moderate-serious" episode of IBS.

So everyone knows, ultra is just double the concentration as the regular Pepto. So you take half as much. This is the best economy for this product I could find.

This product arrived quickly and in good condition. There really is little better for an upset stomach than Pepto, and this is, in fact, peptobismol. You get lots of it for a low price. What more could you want?

If you've never tried this product, in my opinion it's one of the best antacids on the market. No disgusting taste and gets rid of an upset stomach quickly.

I bought three bottles recently for my stomach issues and planned to store the other 2 bottles because Peto Besmol has a shelf life of 3 years. Well I opend the first bottle today and noticed all 3 bottles expire within the next 90 days!!! THEY'RE SELLING VERY OLD STOCK. ALMOST 3 YEARS OLD!!

It does what it's ment to do.

The purchase is a good bargain and a way to have this on hand when needed.
