These are instant and that's great. I always keep them in my purse, bathroom and in the car. I prefer the mint to the fruity flavor because they're chalky and the chalk mixed with berry isn't pleasent

These are the best for gas relief. I never leave home without them. I take them daily just to keep bloat in check. Also your burps will be all minty after you take them 😉
