If I eat something with a ton of fiber, I will immediately pop a couple of these to combat the bloating, and irritation that follows. These had significantly lowered the number of times that I have become extremely uncomfortable from eating. These are easy to throw in your purse or car so eating out is no longer something that gives me anxiety. They are super easy to swallow and go to work fairly quickly. I will sometimes take these right before a meal if I know it will be a trigger food. Taking it directly afterward is fine as well. I have always wondered if these would benefit me but never actually bought them. I am so glad I tried them. They are terrific.

I used it after I ate things that might have upset my stomach and had given me gas and it truly worked. Made me feel much more comfortable than I did before I took the medicine.

These are tiny gel caps in a pop out card. Very difficult to get out of package. I lost 2 of them while trying to remove them. Still haven't found one. They seem to work well though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product did not fulfill its promises. It did not provide quick relief for my bloating and gas. The directions tell you to take 1-2 pills after meals and before bed. When I took 1 pill, I felt no difference whatsoever. When I took 2 pills after a meal but before I had symptoms, I had some luck in preventing them. If I was already experiencing symptoms, the pills seemed to make no difference.

I tried this using two a day for a few days and nothing, still gassy. Decided to go all out and do four gels a day and still nothing after five days, still gassy !! If I could I'd not give any stars ! This product doesn't work. I paid enough for this so I'm going to try to get my money back !!
