My eyes get really dry and irritated and after using these eye drops twice a day I have definitely felt a big difference My eyes feel more moisturized and way less irritated after using the eye drops.

They relieve dry itchy eyes almost immediately. The feeling after use is smooth and very relieved. I can say these are perfect if you have allergy eyes that itch from seasonal allergies or if you use a computer and end up with dry red eyes from strain. I will definitely be recommending these to anyone who needs them. Not to mention the bottle design makes the product stand out.

No burning or making your eyes red. I love the fact that it’s preservative free and very lubricating. My favorite feature is how the bottle has no tube it’s flat and very easy to get into your eyes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Systane Ultra PF complimentary to test and review. My opinion is my own and based on my experience using the eye drops. I suffer from dry eyes and often get a gritty or irritated feeling. These drops worked instantly to lubricate my eyes. They were extremely gentle and didn’t cause any stinging or unpleasant sensations. I liked the flat top to dispense- it felt more hygienic since it couldn’t easily come in contact with the eye like traditionally shaped eye drop bottles do. It took about 2 uses before I got the hang of how hard to squeeze in order to dispense the amount I wanted. These were easy to use and helped my eyes feel moisturized for longer than other drops. I’d highly recommend these preservative-free drops to anyone who gets dry eyes. Thank you to HTC and Systane for providing these for me to try and for helping my eyes feel relieved and comfortable

I’ve been using them religiously over the last few years & this product absolutely lived up to my expectations. I have extremely sensitive eyes that dry out even more in the summer time, and this product has been the best thing I’ve found to take that very irritating feeling away! I had a horrible eye scare a few years back after being in the ocean & after having to try multiple medicinal eye drops, my eyes were sore & extremely irritated… But… Systane drops helped me during the most difficult recovery time I’ve ever had! I’m not joking when I say I should be a spokesperson for them. It was a terrible time for me (I will spare the before pictures, but my eyes were very bad) and after using Systane, I finally felt like I could recover. So yes, I definitely recommend this brand and their amazing eyedrops. I won’t leave home without them! They are the Perfect eyedrops!

I didn't know that the preservatives in my eyedrops were irritating my eyes until I tried these Systane Preservative-free eyedrops. What a HUGE difference!! No stinging, didn't cause my eyes to look glossy, and lubricated them to perfection without rolling over the surface of my eyes and back out. This product actually absorbs into your eyes and lasts for most of the day! Definitely switching from my usual eyedrops to these

They provide amazing lubrication so my eyelids glide over my eyes. I did not experience any sensitivity, burning, stinging, or itching. The drops work great with my contacts in.
