I have been using this product for years. For reference, I use Air Optix plus HydraGlyde. The pros: I don't have to manipulate the contacts much which reduces the chance of damage or debris to collect. The cons: when the solution dries around the cap of the lens case, some can drop on the contacts and cause irritation. In which case, you have to rinse the contacts. Minor issue though. After a month of cleaning, the contacts still feel amazing even when it is time to throw them out. Also, I live at a high altitude (over 7,000 ft) and humidity is very low. No rainbow halos in my vision or any other distorsion.

First, before using Clear Care Plus Cleaning & Disinfecting Solution I used Opti-Free and yes it clean but it felt like it wasn’t clean enough. After trying Clear Care Plus Cleaning & Disinfecting Solution, I must say, I’m not going back to Opti-Free. I love that this product cleans my contact very well. Especially the bubbling action. It makes me feel comfortable that this product is truly cleaning my contacts. I would say that you must read the instructions very well before starting to use the product. Now when I wear my contacts it feels refresh and it feels that it got properly clean. I have been recommending this product to my family and friends that uses contacts.

This products works well to clean and disinfect your contacts. Although it is an extra step because you have to put them in this solution and then your regular solution to be able to put them back in your eyes. It is nice to know that the contacts are nice and clean.

I was provided this product for free in exchange for my honest review. That being said, I was already a user and have been using the regular Clear Care solution for many years I've also now been using the HydraGlyde version since it came out. I'm not a generally lazy person, but I do get up well before dawn and have to get to bed before the sun sets in the summer in order to get enough sleep for work. So since my time is limited, anything that can shorten my evening and morning routine is a plus in my book. The Clear Care solution has always done a great job at cleaning my contacts well and leaving them feeling good as new when I put them in again in the morning. The regular Clear Care solution has done that for me for years, but now with the HydraGlyde version, they feel not only refreshed, but practically like brand new lenses each morning. The extra lubrication makes all the difference, especially if you've had a long day of wearing them and your eyes would usually feel dry by the end of your day. Since this stuff achieves its cleaning power using hydrogen peroxide, it is of UTMOST IMPORTANCE that you use ONLY the included lens cleaning container and that you let them clean for AT LEAST six hours, or you will be dealing with some burning eyes. The packaging warns you of all of this, but some folks still don't seem to listen. I find that 8+ hours is even better for neutralizing all the peroxide with zero burning afterwards. But follow the directions and you'll be just fine!

Clear Care Plus with Hydraglyde for Soft Lenses is a great product. I will say from user error, read the box! I took one contact out, washed it off with the solution, put it in the case and proceeded to remove my other contact. I barely touched my second eye and felt an intense burning pain. Lesson learned! I think this product is fantastic if you know your contacts can sit in solution for 6 hours. If you’re going to have them in any less, then you need a different solution because this has to neutralize. I think I’ll use this to occasionally deep clean my contacts but it’s not an everyday solution for me!

It works but it’s overpriced. This bottle will only last about a week. Another problem I have is each morning there’s barely any solution left in the case. The contacts aren’t even submerged! If left for several days they could dry out. I have used other brands and none of them do this. I will be switching back to Equate.

This brand is one of the most expensive eye contact cleaners out there, but it works perfectly. This has 3% hydrogen peroxide in it which really cleans and disinfects your contacts. You have to keep your contacts in the solution for at least 6 hours in order for the hydrogen peroxide to break down into a harmless saline solution. The 2 pack deal with Walmart is the best price I have found, including looking at Amazon.

I have tried many cleaning solutions over the years and this one seems to be the best. It really does clean my contacts better than the others I've tried. The only thing is you have to let them soak for 6 hours because of the peroxide or it will burn your eyes. Other than that there are no drawbacks. I absolutely love this contact solution, it is so much better than what I have previously purchased in the past. This is an all in one solution and it cuts down on my time for my contacts. I am in love with the lens case, you can totally see your contact lenses getting clean!! This is absolutely the best cleaning and neutralizing solution that I have found and it’s been a total game changer for me!!

I wear hard contact lenses so I have to use a hydrogen peroxide-based solution to get my contacts clean. I've tried other brands and Clear Care Plus cleans and hydrates my contacts the best. While it is a pain to have to let them soak for a minimum of 6 hours, it's not that big of a deal. I just make sure to take them out before bed and they are good to go in the morning.
