I received this product in exchange for an honest review. This contact lens cleaner works really well with my monthly contacts. I love the fact that I don't have to rub my contact lenses, but I can just put them in their little cages and let the hydrogen peroxide solution do its thing. After 6+ hours, the contacts come out cleaner and clearer and are more comfortable to wear than when I use the traditional types of contact cleaning solution. I think that the only potential downside of using this solution would be the fact that the solution needs to neutralize for at least 6 hours before you can wear the contacts again. Fortunately, I normally have at least 12 hours between the time I take out my contacts to when I put them back in, so there is no problem for me, but it something to consider for those who may not have the 6 hours available between taking their contacts out and putting them back in. I would definitely recommend this product!

I wear hard contact lenses so I have to use a hydrogen peroxide-based solution to get my contacts clean. I've tried other brands and Clear Care Plus cleans and hydrates my contacts the best. While it is a pain to have to let them soak for a minimum of 6 hours, it's not that big of a deal. I just make sure to take them out before bed and they are good to go in the morning. I tried Clear Care for the first time last week - why did I wait so long?? My contacts felt so much cleaner and more comfortable in my eyes than when I use my regular multi-purpose solution! I did choose to rinse my contacts with saline solution before putting them in my eyes because I like the idea of rinsing after cleaning them, so that would be the only down-side I found the this product - having to buy a second product to rinse but saline is pretty inexpensive. I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. I honestly thought it was regular saline solution. I instead got a cool science experiment. It comes with a cool case unlike normal ones. The solution is not saline but through the magic of science turns into saline after 6 hours. Contacts felt clean and wore well after. I was a little nervous when it started bubbling but just trust the process and enjoy clean contacts.

I received this product in exchange for a honest review. I think this solution cleans your lenses very well, however I worry that leaving any residue on it can burn your eyes. I don’t always leave my lenses in the solution for 6 hours because I usually don’t get that much sleep. I make sure to rinse them off with another saline solution before using. I would use this for a deep cleaning.

Followed instructions as have for years, and find myself at the optometrist's office with chemical burn on my eyes. Put contacts in solution & case at 9:00pm, removed at 8:30am. Solution bottle says 6 hours for peroxide to dissipate. Have used the product without the "plus" for years without problem. Now waiting to find out eye damage. Not sure how I was supposed to know there would be a problem when followed ALL manufacturer's instructions!

I started a hydrogen peroxide system because I learned many people are sensitive to preservatives in contact solutions. I noticed less redness and sensitivity with this product, HOWEVER, it only worked for about five days. The solution was not neutralizing anymore. I tried storing it in a warmer place, letting it sit for well over the recommended time (I did 12 hours), and making sure I was using the exact amount to the fill line. After the five days of working fine, it started scorching my eyes every time I’d put contacts in, like it was fresh out of the bottle. I’ve read discussions that many people have this problem with this specific product. Others recommend using Clear Care only (no plus or hydraglyde), or generic brand. I started using Equate and have had ZERO issues for weeks now.

This product has always worked well for me and my family, and we've been using it for years. I am allergic to preservatives, and this is preservative-free, unlike most other contact cleansers. It has always gotten our contacts clean, and it seems to help the lenses last longer. I especially like buying them at club stores because the price is much better than at regular stores!
