I would add that I go to the Dollar Gen and get saline solution. I sometimes rinse off in the AMs prior to putting them in. However, i will not use anything else now

Snooz - 1 out of 5 stars review11/14/2023This stuff is overpriced and does not clean any better than basic saline contact solution. The hydrogen peroxide might clean well but it also burns you eyes. You waste so much more of the normal saline with this CleanCare because you have to really wash them well or your eyes will be bloodshot red. they will burn and sting. This was my first and last time with Clean Care. Alcon got you guys hooked. Its 5 times nore expensive, it burns your eyes, and you use more of your regular saline to clean the burning solution off the lenses. Great for alcon bad for the consumer. p.s. written while my eyes are watering from this horrible contact solution

This has 3% hydrogen peroxide in it which really cleans and disinfects your contacts. You have to keep your contacts in the solution for at least 6 hours in order for the hydrogen peroxide to break down into a harmless saline solution. The 2 pack deal with Walmart is the best price I have found, including looking at Amazon.

lwaters - 5 out of 5 stars review9/15/2021I received in exchange for my honest review. This set is really great. You get two full size bottles plus your individual contact tubes with cages. Since using this solution, I have had no issues with foggy lenses or them not getting clean. I pop my contacts in a few hours before bed and get them out in the morning and rinse with sterilized saline to wash any residue off even though once they have sat for at least 6 hours, the solution is balanced. Doesn’t irritate my eyes which is a big plus. No rubbing is needed beforehand, just rinse them with a little solution and then stick them in to soak. This product has been amazing and I would definitely recommend it for dry eyes.

Pam - 2 out of 5 stars review6/16/2019I hadn't used this with "hydraglyde" before and find this formula fizzes up so intensely it leaves the container half empty and thus my lemses are no longer soaking in the solution. I have to refill it and wonder if my lenses are being impacted by not being in the solution for a period of time.

I recently started getting deposits on my lenses and had to throw them away sooner than I should. My eye doctor recommended this solution and it has helped so much! My lenses are cleaner and the deposits are gone!

I have tried a generic brand in the past and wasn’t very impressed. However, after receiving this product for free in exchange for my honest review, I will definitely continue using Clear Care Plus from now on.

I’ve been using this contact solution for about a week and I really like it, it’s comparable to other solutions I’ve used in the past. I love the fact that I do not have to spend time rubbing my contacts to clean them,you simply put them in the little cage and pour the solution over then! Once you put them in a solution they start to bubble up! For the people claiming it burned their eyes, it is stated on the bottle and packaging that you must soak them for at least 6 hours, I have no problem with burning! The only con I see is that it’s a bit wasteful, you fill up the container it comes with every time and it takes up about 3-4 times of what a regular contact case does.

Liz - 5 out of 5 stars review12/9/2021I have been using this product for years. For reference, I use Air Optix plus HydraGlyde. The pros: I don't have to manipulate the contacts much which reduces the chance of damage or debris to collect. The cons: when the solution dries around the cap of the lens case, some can drop on the contacts and cause irritation. In which case, you have to rinse the contacts. Minor issue though. After a month of cleaning, the contacts still feel amazing even when it is time to throw them out. Also, I live at a high altitude (over 7,000 ft) and humidity is very low. No rainbow halos in my vision or any other distorsion.

I was hesitant at first I was used to being able to rinse my contacts after cleaning. But I use plain saline and rinse after and they feel great, no stinging or burning. Just make sure to read the directions. It’s a different process than normal rub and rinse cleaners. Will definitely buy it again.

It only takes a few extra seconds, and there is no burning when I put my contacts in each morning. You do have to let it soak for at least 6 hours before putting in your contacts, but it actually cleans my contacts way better than regular solution, and seems to make them last longer! Just FYI - this product contains two bottles of solution and two lens cases, so it’s a great deal!

I don't have that dry, itchy feeling by the mid-afternoon. If you already use a hydrogen-peroxide based lens cleaner, I highly recommend trying this one!

I use toric lenses which are super thick and Make my eyes very dry by the end of the day. My optometrist had mentioned to use a cleanser like this one so I thought I should give it a try. This cleaning method has really helped me with my lenses. I feel like my eyes aren’t getting as dry as usual. I still need to use resetting drops but not as constantly as before. I’ll stick with this product from now on!
