This product I found out does what it says. I have used other products, but this seems to fulfill my need and without side effects.

Tylenol Sinus Severe has helped me whether it is sinus pressure or from my allergy. Either way this product works wonderfully good.

This product took about 45 mins to kick in. It helped my nasal congestion and made me be able to work.
