Excellent at relieving nasal congestion, so I did not have to go through a box of tissues repeatedly blowing my nose. Also took care of the pain of a sinus headache, so I didn't blow my top! LOL!

tylenol itself didn’t help me for pain but it sure does put me to sleep but tylenol severe sinus made me more dizzy and had more headaches than usual.
