I'm sure the items they sent were okay, but I got a box of individual capsules which are harder to use, wasteful and more expensive.  They sent th wrong item.  Normally the bottles are great, although a little thick so it is hard to squeeze the drips out sometimes.

I use one drop in each eye in the morning and before I go to sleep at night.  Helps with dry eyes and helps with redness.  Works quick and it is refreshing.
