Good product. It is important to keep your eye lubricated and Refresh does a good job.

I'm sure the items they sent were okay, but I got a box of individual capsules which are harder to use, wasteful and more expensive.  They sent th wrong item.  Normally the bottles are great, although a little thick so it is hard to squeeze the drips out sometimes.

I recently switched from Systane Ultra to this and it was like night and day. I noticed the difference immediately. My eyes were extremely dry and now they feel so much better! I recommend it without hesitation.
