Hello Nat. We never intend that you receive a package that's not properly filled. Packages of this product are filled by machinery operating at high speeds. To prevent packages that are not properly filled from leaving our plants, we use equipment that checks the final weight of the box.

Unfortunately, even well-maintained machinery can occasionally malfunction, resulting in a package that is only partially filled. The information you have provided will be valuable in preventing a reoccurrence of this problem. We’ll share these details you provided with our quality team.
