When I received the box there were 3 packets opened and spilled everywhere throughout the box

Not sure what happen, but each pack of the cinnamon spice flavor was hard and stuck to the inner packaging, could this be a
production line error, maybe?  Had to be (geese Quaker) Lucky for me non of the other flavors Had this problem, but oh how I love the spice flavors, better luck next time.
