Save your hard earned dollars

Nice Box but the cereal itself?? Is that picture of a man or woman on the box?

Mostly powder

Very few granola chunks, mostly just oatmeal powder.

Is there a Quaker Granola without raisins?

I like the granola but I hate the raisins. They're super hard and super sweet. I'm not buying this anymore.

We’re sorry the texture of the raisins in your Simply Granola didn’t meet your expectations, melloza. Conditions of the summer weather may have had an impact on the texture of the raisins. Because of loyal consumers like you, we’re making some changes. Stay tuned!

Changed the taste

The past few bag have a different taste and I have noticed not as many clumps. I like the original better! I think they started spraying it with vegetable oil to stop the clumping but it altered the taste also and who wants the extra vegetable oil.

Tastes like you're just eating coconut oil :(

Years ago I used to eat this regularly and loved it. I'm not sure whether it's the formulation or an old pack that I received, but it just tastes like you're eating coconut oil with a side of hard raisin granola.

Very hard

I am old. This is very difficult to chew, very hard and very sharp edges in the clumps. There are a great deal of large hard clumps. You have to break them up before you eat them or else you are going to have a sore roof of your mouth.

ok but...

It’s ok but there’s only a few pieces in a bag that you can eat without picking up tiny oat pieces. There needs to be something to stick more of the pieces together.

Raisin Rocks

I saw this online and thought I would try it. Unfortunately, the raisins are rock hard. I thought soaking this cereal in milk overnight for muesli might be the best way to use it up. The raisins were still hard, bit very sticky so we had to pick them out of our teeth. The granola is great if the raisins are picked out. I would suggest that Sam's Club carry the Quaker granola without raisins.

Whey Protein Concentrate and 7g of fiber.

I like to mix granola in my yogurt. The flavor was OK, but I cannot tolerate this product. It is either the Whey Protein Concentrate or the amount of fiber. All I can say id this product gives me unbearable stomach cramps. I tried eating it several times to see if my body would acclimate, but each time I suffered. I tried Members Mark brand. It is loose, less sweet, no WPC with 4g fiber per 2/3 cup. So far, no issues with that granola. I do not recommend THis Quaker brand if you have a WPC intolerance.

Not as sweet as Members Mark

This is a replacement for the Members Mark Honey Almond granola for me. Even though the label says the Quaker granola has slightly more calories, more carbohydrates, and more added sugar than the MM granola, it's not nearly as sweet. I'm dousing mine with ceylon cinnamon which seems to help overcome the lack of sweetness. Also, I'm getting mine shipped, and it seems beaten up. There are only a few granola clusters in the bag. At the end of the day, after getting used to it, I like it. I've gone through a few bags so far.
