I eat it every morning and add a tbs of ground flaxseed and this daily breakfast helps me stay full for so long while being very yummy to eat!

This is super flavorful and easy to prepare. You can prepare it in many different ways to your own liking as well.

It appears that they have changed the recipe, it smells funny and tastes funny too and not in a good way.

This is disgusting overly sweet and still has no flavor yet the company seems to make this as 80% of their product line. Im reviewing it badly every chance i get.
