Natures Cholestrol Reducer I

Natures Cholestrol Reducer I started eating Steel cut oats to reduce cholesterol, and IT WORKED. Even better, the 3 minute steel cut oats because I didn't need to cook it for 25-28 minutes. Convenient, and good for me. I add my own enhancements of cinnamon, blueberries, chocolate or nuts. I seriously do eat it most mornings and my doctor is happy with my blood work. Excellent!Quaker Oats Quick 1 Minute Oats Quaker Oats Quick 1 Minute Oats

Delish to eat and versatile

Quaker Oats is how I got my husband to eat breakfast. We have it at least 4 times a week. It is a hearty and delicious way to start the day, although we've also had it for dinner on occasion. That's one of the main reasons we love it because it's so versatile. When not eating as oatmeal with a variety of fruits, nuts and even veggies, I add it to my many crumble toppings and meatloaf. I believe once you try it you will always have it in your cabinet!

This is my favorite

This is my favorite oatmeal. Its quick and easy to make. It taste so great. I like to add fruit on top of mine or just cinnamon, sugar, and milk. I also make mine in milk instead of water. It's better in my opinion. It can also be made with water. You can cook it on the stovetop or in the microwave. Kids love this. I guarantee the whole family will. It's great for breakfast or cold wintery days. It's very affordable too. I highly recommended.

started eating quaker 1 minute quick oats in November to replace all other bad breakfast foods and after adding fruits and things but settled on using water not milk and using a dash of sugar, found it to be very filling and eat it at least 6 times a week. has helped me lose almost a hundred pounds in 8 months without dieting just eating healthier

Tased Like Dish Soap

I'm not sure what it is, i've always used Quaker oats oatmeal, but this batch brand new tastes like there is dish soap in it. The first time I thought it was my fault (maybe an unclean pot) nope! A week later my wife makes me a pot and she says it tastes weird and I told her I thought thea same thing last week. I dumped it out and smelled the package and wow, smells like it tasted.

I’ve been eating this

I’ve been eating this exact brand of oatmeal my entire life. My mama always made this oatmeal especially when we didn’t feel well. It still soothes an upset stomach for me. A must have for my pantry! I prefer the quick oats because they get to a more desirable texture for me.

What Happened to 1-Minute Oats?

I’ve eaten Quaker 1-Minute oats for decades. They have gotten me through Covid and the invasion of Ukrainian, and that’s just recently. But now something is wrong. The oats don’t get soft and creamy; they are crunchy, sort of like eating little twigs. Mornings definitely. Are not the same!

Wholesome, hearty and so so easy!!

Recipe - Use a coffee cup (big one for two hearty servings) Fill cup with oats - pour into bowl and set aside. Fill cup with whole milk - pour into saucepan. Fill cup with whole milk - pour into saucepan. Bring milk to just below boil...it will start to look foamy on top and thicken. As soon as it starts to rise up the sides, add your oats. Stir constantly for TWO minutes. Turn off heat and pour into two bowls. If you like it thicker, give it a couple of minutes for the milk to finish absorbing into the oats before you start eating. It's 100% natural and your flavor options are limitless. I like to add toasted nuts, cane sugar, and dried fruit. Plus, it only takes a few minutes to make. I prefer the instant over the old fashioned for hot cereal because it's creamier rather than chunky. It's hearty and so delicious.

These are my go to. Plain or doctored up, with oat milk or even water, they’re just tasty. I wish they had a spout instead of an open lid? I’d prefer to pour it in the measuring cup than stick the cup into the bin. I eat these with a scoop of nut butter, honey, various nuts and berries. It’s so filling and yummy.

Quick and easy!

Quick and easy! I use this to make my refrigerated overnight oats with some fruits like strawberries, blueberries or bananas, adding 1 cup of almond milk and a little bit of chia seed in there. It tastes very good and very good for skin and health! Highly recommended!
