Quick oats terrible! Stay with the 5 minute oats

Didn't realize these were the one-minute oats as last time i ordered ryey were the regular 5 minute ones. For the difference in cooking time the whole oats are so much better! The texture for the quick oats is off putting and just doesn't taste as good as regular oats. I now know the blue stripe is for quick oats and i won't make the mistake of ordering these again. I hope Sam's will give the option of quick or 5 minute oats in the future.

    To be healthy and in a good fit starting my day with oats. Like this one. Easy to cook- just add a hot milk or boiled water and leave covered for 2-3 minutes. Usually add some honey and seasonal fruits for great taste

    i use them for

    i use them for overnight oats every single day. they are my go to breakfast. i have tried other brands but they just don’t compare with the texture and all that. it is bland on its own but once you add some seasoning to it and honey it delicious.

    Quick oats for the win! I use this to make overnight oats too. I feel like the smaller shreds absorb more almond milk and flavor from fruit than normal size oats.

    Great healthy breakfast

    Great breakfast that keeps me going in the morning. I love the 1 minute and steel cut oats. I make them with skim milk instead of water. I add cinnamon or fruit sometimes. Thank you for making healthy breakfast options.

    Travel easy

    I buy mostly the instant Quaker packages because it's easy to travel with. My oatmeal go to work with me and on vacation. It's the easiest way to know my breakfast will be just what the doctor ordered

    I can remember having a tub of this in my house at all times, since I was a kid. This is great to make a base for any flavor oatmeal imaginable. Great for making no bake cookies, and just an all around great staple for the pantry

    I love this everyday!!

    I love Quaker quick oats for my go to breakfast in the morning. It makes me feel full and keeps me going for the morning. I like it with a little French Vanilla creamer on top.
