Heart Healthy and Full Of Flavor

Looking for an easy, nutritious, satisfying breakfast? Look no farther! I have been enjoying Quaker Quick Oats every morning so long that I can't remember when I started. Any fruits, nuts, or other flavorful accents can liven up your breakfast experience. I prefer raisins and cinnamon. Sweeten with your preferred sweetener, and you're on your way to a healthy, happy day. I also cook my own dog food and add a portion of cooked Quaker Quick Oats to every serving. The dogs love it, and it surely keeps them "regular." :) Quaker Quick Oats are also excellent for making healthy snacks. I just baked a batch of granola bars that everyone in the family loves. The recipe called for rolled oats, but the Quaker Quick Oats worked perfectly.

    Quaker Oats are always

Quaker Oats are always in our pantry. Anytime I am baking and the recipe calls for oats, this is what I use. I like that the packaging has been updated as well. When you open the plastic top, the majority of the product stays covered aside from a smaller opening that is perforated and easy to open.

    Always Hated Oatmeal Until Now

In an attempt to provide a more healthy eating option for my family I have now rediscovered oatmeal. With so many new flavors to choose from, I have found several which are appealing to me and which I enjoy. Preparation is a breeze when using quick oats and breakfast can be ready in no time at all.

    This could be breakfast,

This could be breakfast, lunch,or dinner for me. It all depends upon my mood. Give me some raw sugar and some Butter and a little bit of salt and man you’ve got a meal. Sometimes I get fancy and add some nuts and raisins. Yummy in the tummy. I also use this for overnight oats, in cookies and other recipes. Love it. Quaker Oats Quick 1 Minute Oats

    Measurements on package are wrong.

1/2 cup of oats and 1 cup of water led to EXTREMELY WATERY OATS in the microwave. I suggest fixing these measurements so that oatmeal actually comes out like, you know, oatmeal and not oat soup. I usually buy instant packets, which I greatly enjoy, but was forced to buy this because my local store was out of the unflavored instant packets.

    Quaker Oats

All I have to say is if it's not Quaker it's not oats. I have been eating Quaker oats for over 60 years. I have taught my girls to make no bake cookies for me and they try to satisfy their Dad by listening and cooking with REAL ingredient's like Quaker old fashion oats

    Over the last couple

Over the last couple of years, Quaker 1 Minute Oats have become my "swap-in" ingredient in so many recipes. I have some stomach issues that benefit from increased soluble fiber (hello, oats) and these are tender enough to use in place of other binders (like breadcrumbs) in some recipes, and to be an additional health boost in other recipes. So versatile!

    I love Quaker Oats!

I love Quaker Oats! One of my favorite things to have for breakfast is oatmeal, whether it's quick oats, old fashioned, or steel cut. I like to add my own fruit and other toppings like nuts and granola when I make this oatmeal. That's why I would recommend it. You can build your own flavors to it. Quaker is one of the top oatmeal brands. Very healthy and delicious!

    Quick and Easy!!

I have been craving oatmeal lately and trying to improve my morning nutrition. I decided to have oatmeal since its fairly easy...usually. I have the quick 1 min oats, I cooked on stove top several times but never liked the texture once cooked. Yesterday I decided to place in bowl, add hot water and cover to sit for about 20-30 mins. It came out excellent. The texture and thickness is exactly what I wanted!!

    DEEE-licious

I find that Quaker 1-minute oats are tasty and easy to prepare. They're a nutritious part of my diet. fix mine with water, then add a little evaporated milk, a few drops of vanilla extract and a small pat of butter and sweeten with Splenda. Just writing this note has made me hungry. Think I'll go fix me a bowl of Quaker oats!

    Wood Chips in Oatmeal

Been using oatmeal quick-cook oats in several baking recipes and baked cookies for my office the other yesterday. Today, one of my coworkers found a wood chip in the cookie. Foreign objects in foods that are consumed directly or used as ingredients by adults and children are incredibly dangerous and show Quaker Oat's irresponsibility. Our office and families will no longer support or purchase Quaker Oats.

    A classic is now crap!

This product is crap! I used to be able to enjoy a bowl of oatmeal in the morning but every time I make it now it has the consistency of Cream of Wheat. Time to find a different option. Changes didn't help this product at all. If it decreases sales I can see why!

I found a very long strand of hair in my oats

this is sickening. I found a very long strand of hair in the oats I was feeding my toddler. Its. Its not mine because I have very short hair and it was a different texture from mine and I had a bonnet on When I prepared the oats . I am sure it wasn't from his milk either. Yes I know it didn't kill me or my baby but that was very disgusting. I hope there is more caution during production. I almost puked for real and even as I type this

    Delish to eat and versatile

Quaker Oats is how I got my husband to eat breakfast. We have it at least 4 times a week. It is a hearty and delicious way to start the day, although we've also had it for dinner on occasion. That's one of the main reasons we love it because it's so versatile. When not eating as oatmeal with a variety of fruits, nuts and even veggies, I add it to my many crumble toppings and meatloaf. I believe once you try it you will always have it in your cabinet!

    Great hot cereal!

I had never thought I liked dry oats, I always preferred instant oatmeal due to the sweet flavors. However, I became aware of all of the added sugars and ingredients in the instant variety of oatmeal so I quit eating them. However, I missed having oatmeal once in a while so I decided to give these another try. I cooked them with almond milk and salt as directed and added brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon during the cooking process. They were absolutely delicious! The texture was great, making a nice filling and substantial breakfast without all the junk ingredients. I created my own "cinnamon & brown sugar" oatmeal knowing exactly what was in it in a matter of minutes. In no time at all I had a delicious oatmeal that I will definitely eat ag...

Quaker Oats Quick One Minute- Why the added sugar?

I have been purchasing Quaker Oats Quick One Minute for years back in India and it does not contain added sugar I've checked. Whereas after moving here I recently noticed the product here contains added sugar 1 gram per 1/2 cup to be exact why is that? Are there any products available that do not contain added sugar?

What changed with Quaker 1 Minute Oats?

I have been buying Quaker Oats-Quick 1 minute Oats for years. Now it appears that that something has changed with this product. Previously the oats were a little coarser and maintained their integrity throughout the cooking process. You could still identify an oat flake when nice and tender and cooked Now in the current product, when cooked, the flakes turn to a mushy consistency that resembles a porridge and no identifiable oats. I've tried several boxes thinking it was just a bad shipment. No luck. Bring back the old formula. I will be switching to the steel cut oats or the regular oats to get my preferred consistency.
