Quick n easy. Perhaps not the best oats out there, but of known acceptable quality at a reasonable price.

There's nothing better than a warm bowl of oatmeal. It's healthy and nutritious. It lowers cholesterol and heart healthy.

I have been eating this cereal for years. The pity of this is that the local Sams had the old fashion NOT the 1 minute. Had to order these on line.
