I eat a large bowl of quick oats every morning for breakfast. I started eating it as part of a GERD diet. I no longer have GERD and I have lost 80 pounds, however, it is still my breakfast staple and last me through the day until supper.

This is my go-to breakfast in cold weather. It's also a great ingredient for many other things. Great in a high fiber, low carb diet - all things in moderation. Quaker brand is one to rely on for quality and taste.

Poor review because bag was slit open, oatmeal was all over. I ordered two boxes, and each one had a slit bag with oatmeal spilling out. I wondered if it was safe to eat the contents

Anyone else notice that the oats are half the size they were and the bag contains a quarter less?
