I love these old so much. I’ve tried different ones before and I’ve hated them. These also make the best overnight oats. They just taste amazing

The grains are super tough, almost feels like plastic. 5 minutes in my high powered microwave and it still wasn't cooked! I have to run it through my blender first before it cooks into anything close to edible in 2 minutes

My favorite breakfast food! Fill up on fiber easily. I add in bacon and sugar free syrup
