These are really good tasting. They don't have the sort of flat/stale taste of most dried mashed potatoes. I swear my husband likes them better than freshly made mashed potatoes!

These instant potatoes are quick and easy to make and so much better than the flakes. It's great to be able to make any amount you need. They are especially good when you add shredded cheddar cheese, too!

Easy to make. I boil hot water in a kettle, take it off the burner, and then stir in the appropriate amount of potatoes, some butter, plus I add powdered milk instead of fluid milk. I also usually add dried parsley when the water is boiling.
