The description states that you only need to add water, but the directions state and water, butter and milk. I still like the brand.

These are the best instant potatoes. They stopped carrying them at the clubs so you have to order online. With shipping it's double price.

For instant potatoes, I look for a potato flake because it provides a smooth mouth feel when cooked. This is granular and I don't find it pleasant to eat.
