Love 'em. I use the all the time. They're is a product in the stores, same name but in a regular box. These are not the same though. Those others are horrible compared to these. I use these for dinner during the holidays and no one has figured it out. Everyone loves them.

I used to use another name brand instant mashed potatoes. This brand was used at a church function and boy was I surprised! I thought it was real mashed potatoes and when I asked who did the peeling I found out it was instant. Naturally I asked what brand they were and now it’s the only brand I buy!

My grandson loves these potatoes so I started making them for him. The rest of the family loved them so I started using them for mashed potatoes all the time. If they taste just as good with 1/4 of the work, why not? I never in a million years thought I'd ever be able to stop peeling potatoes but this box of instant potatoes is wonderful.

I have used these a long time. Served to guest and they asked me how I got my potatoes so creamy and delicious. I just said “Thank you”. I couldn’t get at the grocery store and had to wait a long time from Sam’s due to Covid 19. So I purchased two Huge boxes in case everyone continues to make a run on the stores. At least I will have something to eat. I always have everything delivered to my home due to health so this created a real hardship for me.

The BEST instant potatoes! Add real butter, cream and two large red-skinned potatoes (cooked) and voila'!! You have REAL potato flavor and appearance. These potatoes are versatile and always great. Highly recommended, particularly if you have no time to start from scratch...

Spuds rehydrate probably better than anything else, and it's a super easy side to have with anything off the BBQ or smoker. I would've given it 5 stars but I feel like the amount of liquid on the chart is a little off and I always have to fiddle with it a bit to get the consistency right, otherwise no complaints.

This is a fantastic price, if you were to buy this at any other market it would be SO much more expensive. They taste good and are easy to prepare. I add a little extra milk to mine because I prefer creamy mashed potatoes, but my family loves them.

The best of all the brands of instant. Idahoan tastes just like fresh mash potatoes. when I use to make fresh homemade mashed potatoes I "boil my potatoes in chicken broth," NOT WATER. I also add 2 mince cloves of garlic in the pot with potatoes and when all is done, I drain them I only add black pepper, butter, and half and half, some times I did add sour cream. So Why Not? Now with the instant mash potatoes, I use (no water) only chicken broth, half and half, garlic powder, black pepper, and some parsley flakes. So so so good. People always ask for my recipe. So easy to make and taste like the real thing. I recommend this brand over all the other brands. Buy the best and you will know the difference. Good luck.

These are the only mashed potatoes we eat. I take this carton and add 6 packets of the same brand Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Baby Red Potato flakes in a large Tupperware container and shake them well to mix. I make them according to the directions but use ALL milk (no water) and season to taste before heating the milk. DELICIOUS!

Tastes Great! These are as good as potatoes that are peeled and mashed...maybe better. My family used to say they would not eat instant potatoes; now they say they can't tell the difference. I use milk and margarine when preparing them and then mix with my electric mixer. I will never go back to peeling potatoes.
