So I have to join the chorus. I did not have anything heavy in my box, just 2 bags of Smartfood packed tightly in a box. Box damaged, both bags exploded. And I get to clean my porch. And I really wanted some Smartfood today. Customer service was very helpful, and Sam's is replacing the order, but if they pack it the same, it may be futile. The 2 extra stars are for the effort.

Half of the bag is incomplete popped kernels. Might break a teeth one of this days.
