I break the tablet in half for 2 cups of milk. No sugar needed. If you don't like sweet I would recommend to use more milk. Dissolve very quick in heated milk.

This product has no flavor, chocolate or otherwise, especially making accordingto the directions. Does not dissolve like it should no matter how much stirring.
