Best tasting, dissolves easily. Use for gravies, add to bread, mashed potatoes. Don't need to keep fresh milk on hand.

For me it's a great substitute for liquid milk. It stores longer than the liquid. Works with waffle mix, muffins, banana bread, cereal, chocolate milk, etc.
