I cant speak for the long run as far as nutrition goes but the ingredients are similar to other brands of kids supplemental drinks and my kids didnt complain about taste or texture. Does not have a smell or aftertaste and is not chalky. Would recommend for any picky eater who may need a little extra in their diet or just to supplement daily to be sure your child is getting what they need

I hadn't ever heard of this product, but decided to give it a try. At first, my kids didn't really like it, but after a few tries, they drank it and did enjoy it. I just had to make sure that it was mixed really well and didn't have any powdery chunks! Now they love it and I am loving that they are getting some good calories in.
