I bought this to experiment with making milk chocolate at home. It works great for that purpose, but I also fixed up a couple of half-gallon containers, just to try with cereal and other baking, and it works great. I'm not keen on the smell of it, if I concentrate on it, but it is perfectly drinkable. I use 240g of powder to a half-gallon of very hot water, shake and refrigerate. It seems to store fine, so far. No clumping, and it doesn't seem to go bad any more quickly than regular milk, though that isn't the recommended use.

The price is great and affordable. I love that I can find it at most of the stores near me which makes it so nice.

I was trying to transition my daughter from formula to whole milk and she just wasn’t having it. She hates whole milk. I’ve tried it warm, room temperature, cold, and nothing! I figured I’d give this a try because I can’t keep buying formula anymore because it doesn’t have the right nutrients for after a year AND it’s expensive. First bottle I tried this stuff and she loved it!!!! No more stressing about her milk intake.

It has a nice taste when mixed with cold water, or being used in my morning coffee. I love having an alternative way to get the necessary nutrients that this contains without getting the upset stomach from traditional milk. It even can be used in recipes which I like too.
