Melts and tastes great. Some chocolates don't melt well for fudge, etc. This one always melts smoothly.

I use Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels in my Rachel Ray Sweet Dreams desserts. I wouldn't consider using any other brand than Nestle.
