I was disappointed with the flavor of my chocolate chip cookies when using Toll House. A French guy my sister was dating, came to our home one Christimas, and was excited to make a desert for us, using this brand and flavor, but the results disappointed him. I always regretted not telling him that Hershey's was better. The old recipe that Toll House had is a good one and I use it every time I make chocolate chip cookies. I just don't use their chips.

I was going to give it a 5 star review, until I read a reviewer stating it was using a GMO product of beet sugar. MY bag just states sugar. So I will be checking with Nestle's to see what form of 'sugar' they are using. We do NOT eat genetically modified foods! There is just no telling what that will do to the human race in 30-40 years time! Look what preservatives, food coloring, and additives have done for the past 40 years! Not MY kids & grandkids! Otherwise, this is a great value for the money and tastes great in whatever you bake it in (or sneak a handful when no one is looking because you have a chocolate craving RIGHT THEN and no other chocolate in the house! LOL).

This is an awesome buy on Nestl�' Toll House morsels!! We love Chocolate Chip cookies in my house. I buy this big bag and I can make Chocolate Chip cookies any time I want. You can't find store-brand chips at a cheaper price. Sometimes when I want some chocolate I grab a handful and eat them right out of the bag. The morsels are the same ones you find at the store for a much higher price. Nestl� is the brand that I trust. I always have these on hand in my house. I also put a handful in chocolate cake mix before baking for a Chocolate Chip cake. When I run out of these, they are going on my shopping list so I always have the best morsels on hand. Thanks again Sam's club.

I bought these for my holiday baking and there is a taste and smell in them that just overpowers the chocolate and nothing tastes as it should. It's almost like the vanilla alcohols and too much of it but it's not quite vanilla either. Perhaps something different with the chocolate? Will not buy these again.

Nestle Toll House cookie is my favorite. I started buying this large bag which is way more economical than any other store including Wal Mart. I break the bag down to several 12oz bags and throw them in the freezer. Then when I want to make cookies I just grab one of the freezer bags.

I bake a lot of cookies for the office. Its nice to have plenty on hand
