I love using the semi-sweet or milk chocolate in fudge and the semi-sweet Nestle chocolate morsels in my cookie using the recipe on the back of the package--always turns out great.

Nestles' semi-sweet morsels are the best. Not too sweet and not bitter. They are good to add to trail mix, pancakes, bar cookies, cup cakes, cookies, or just eat by the handful! Yum.
