I have always used these nestle choc. chips. Great taste and they are consistent in baking as far as taste. Love the mini ones. Very versatile. Great that they come in different flavors too.

Same as everyone wrote above. I tried melting it for making chocolates. I had brought it from Costo. It wouldn't melt at all. No soft texture. is something wrong with morsel bought by me ?

Your white chocolate morsels are the best on the market. When they melt they are very smooth and easily blended into the mixture. Some of the other, more expensive brand, melt into a very dry mess.

I started making chocolate chip cookie dough truffles last year using the mini chips. Can I just say now I can't make enough. Friends and family always wants me to make these. They have the best flavor and perfect size.
