Melts perfectly for fudge making, smooth and delicious without a waxy flavor. Have to double amt of chips in cookies for grandkids other wise they snack on what's left in bag, Truffles made with Nestle are to die for, excellent texture and flavor.

I love using Nestle Chocolate chips. They make everything you bake with them, taste better. A great quality item. You can buy a less expensive brand, but the taste & quality just isn't there. You might have to pay a little more but it is worth it!

Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels no longer melt, WARNING, these chips no longer melt! I have been baking with these chips for almost 60 years, but the last two years has left me with chunky and grainy fudge because the chips don't melt.

I have tried twice to make bars using the semi-sweet chips as the icing. Both times they just crystalize and do not melt. What is up with these? Something has changed in your product that will not allow the chips to melt into a creamy frosting.

I like to put small amount of the semi-saweet or the dark chocolate into a bowl. I add a little milk to the chips. Microwave for 1 minute. stir until smooth. Pour over scoop of ice cream while warm. mmm good
