I don't buy any other morsel, and only bake with Nestle Tollhouse Morsels. Their quality is the best, and they also melt to a smooth consistently for easy dipping/chocolate coating of delicious treats.

Nestle chocolate chips changed! They are harder and grainy and don't melt nearly as well! After 45 years of using Nestle, I have CHANGED brands! I now use Guittard...nestle is no longer the best!

Nestle's semi-sweet chips are the chips I always use when making chocolate chip cookies. Some brands taste more like sugar than chocolate. They have just enough bittersweet in them so that they are not too sweet, but taste like chocolate.
