I have always used a milk chocolate chip in my cookies. This is the 2nd time I have bought the semi sweet in this size bag. I am leaning towards dark chocolate a lot more than I used to. These are a good buy for the $$ vs hershey milk chocolate at wm.

I buy the big bulk of chocolate chips so much that it feels odd to buy the regular size one from a regular store. I love baking during the colder months and especially chocolate chip cookies. So having these in my pantry will ensure that I have enough for cookies and chocolate chips in my kids pancakes!

I live on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, about the furthest place from Georgia in the U.S. as you can get. The chips arrived in perfect condition and nice and cold, as the shipper put bottles of frozen water in with them. Lots of packing paper too, and that contributed to the good arrival condition

Only chocolate chips I buy and I always buy in big bag and keep in the freezer, they last for months that way. They are always uniform size and never busted up. They flavor is very good, no other chip can stand up to them. Great snack right from the freezer. Excellent price.

Love this enormous bag of chocolate chips. We bake a lot of cookies for family and this saves me having a bunch of little bags everywhere. Surprisingly, it was about $4 more than buying smaller bags. I was surprised by that, but don’t mind because of the convenience.

This is the only brand out there, right? I'm so glad Sam's Club selected "this original" for their shelves! They don't melt in your hand; they mix well with any recipe and are a great snack when there is no recipe involved. The huge bag makes it a value to purchase and lasts a long time in my kitchen.

You can’t go wrong with this baking and cookie making staple, especially during the holidays. I appreciate Sam’s having a good sale on this bag during the Fall. I bought several bags and used every last morsel. Toll House morsels taste good, bake well and melt perfectly. I just wish I had purchased even more bags during their sale!

This is a staple that I always have on hand. I keep them in my freezer and they are ready to be used whenever I need them. They have a smooth creamy texture and since they are semi-sweet, they have fewer carbs than milk chocolate. Because it is a big bag, they last quite awhile.

I needed some semi sweet chocolate to finish off a pot luck holiday baking project (millionaire's shortbread) and these chips were perfect. The flavor really complemented the sweetness of the caramel and shortbread, particularly with a sprinkle of sea salt. Several people asked what went into the shortbread bars and one even asked for the recipe. I just melted a cup of the chips in a pyrex dish on the top of a pan of gently boiling water on the stove and added some heavy whipping cream to them for taste. We keep them in the freezer and use them in chocolate chip pancakes every weekend too.

These make excellent chocolate chip cookies. Stirred into freshly toasted granola, adds a chocolately highlight. Place in microwaveable bowl, add small amount of oil, like olive oil, microwave until melted. Stir. Mix with pretzels for chocolate covered pretzels or peanuts for chocolate covered peanut clusters. Place on wax paper, parchment paper or plastic wrap, until dry.
