I've been taking both this product and the Equate version of it for years. How can I say it has been beneficial? I'm 73 years old and feel great. The gummies are a pleasant way to start every day, so I will just believe that I am better off taking them than not.

if you're on the go,these vitamin gummies are great and they taste really good. so if you have problems getting down the capsules this is your answer.

What can I say? They're a multivitamin. As far as general quality goes, the flavor is good. The texture is a bit on the chewy side, I prefer the softer gummies. And the quantity you get for the price is pretty good.

My husband is such a picky eater so I started him on men's vitamins and he really likes the taste of these. He wont take them if they're not in gummy. The only down side was over time the texture will change.

Tastes great and are the perfect little backup. The only downfall is if you keep them in medicine trays longer than a week they harden. There's so much better and easier to take than a giant hard to swallow pill.
