They were easy to chew and enjoyable to eat with pretty good flavor. I do feel noticeable difference and benefit of the multivitamin routine. These are much easier to chew and use. I feel confident in the support and nutrition that it provides. I would recommend this woman's vitamin to my mom and other females in my family.
