There is no aftertaste so they're enjoyable to take. As we get older it seems harder for us to swallow the bigger horse pills so I look for a gummy or a chewable. The fact that this is a multivitamin I don't have to take a bunch of vitamins to make up what I can do in one chewable. There is over a hundred days worth in this bottle.
