I have taken these before but price was higher. These were on sale which always for me makes a difference. I love the taste and ordered to pick up at club to avoid possibly having fused gummies. This brand has always gotten 5 stars from me. Digging company for melted or damaged when delivered is just wrong. Price, quality, and taste is 👍.

Causes headaches for some. I suspect iodine sensitivity in some women may get ill or feel fatigued with headaches. Those with Hashimoto or thyroid issues may find over 4% iodine intake can be troublesome. Btw, Sodium tends to contain iodine and many consume in excess affecting the thyroid.

Besides the fact that they taste really good, they must be doing their job. When I went in for blood work a couple years ago, the doctor ask what kind of vitamins I take. Everything was right where it is suppose to be, ahe was impressed. I don't eat well, so it was a surprise to me, so I just keep taking them.

I love these vitamins I hate taking anything in tablet form. One thing I notice is, the palm of my hands have cleared up, they would darken usually when' I lack vitamin E. I have to take the pure vitamin E to get my palm colour back and I also see improvement in my completion this speaks to me of the quality of the product. I work out but I can't remember feel tired during the day. All I can remember is I pushed work from December 15th- 30th from morning to night and felt complete not tired. Thank you guys.

I saw these in the store one day and decided to try them out. I usually take regular multivitamins but decided to grab ones directed towards women. It helps boost metabolism which is nice since mine is slow as molasses. The thing I noticed the most from taking these were my nails. I am a pretty regular nail biter (terrible habit) and after about a week of taking these I started to notice that my nails were actually growing kind of long. I've gotten these vitamins multiple times, for years. Only once were they melted. They are fruit flavored, you take 2 a day. Nice flavor, not overpowering. Another plus, you don't have to chew them forever like some gummies. Not covered in sugar either like some. Happy to take these everyday.
