Two in the morning, with some D, collagen, and carnation breakfast mix… This gives me most of my critically needed vitamins and minerals each day. I’m trans, and this is just a part of every day. It’s not the only factor in my health, but this product in my diet, has contributed to blood panels that have surprised me with how nominal my levels consistently are. If I don’t get the vitamins and nutrients in these gummies, I’ll have to find them in food, and I don’t have a belly big enough for that. Great price, good amounts and variety of content, and tastes like a tangy candy.

Received them all melted together. I can't get them out of the container because the gummies are all stuck together in the bottom of the bottle.

I like this vitamin but when it was deliver it was left on porch with Sun was on it and melted the gummy melted together.

I’ve been buying these vitamins for a couple of years. They taste good. They get sticky towards the end of the bottle but that doesn’t bother me.
