I have to take chewable vitamins because regular vitamins make me feel nauseous and burns my stomach. These are very tasty and do not upset my stomach at all.

These vitamins really upset my stomach. My daughter also started having stomach issues soon after she started taking them. After we stopped taking them, things went back to normal. They are going in the trash!

They are vitamins. They arent bad. They have a smooth texture and easy chew. They do seem a bit more gummy thsn other brands but I think the taste more than makes up for that. They dont leave a bad after taste.

I prefer the gummies and this has an awesome taste it delivers all the vitamins that my body needs that I'm hitting 60 years old I would recommend this vitament to anybody
