Unfortunately the gummies came all stuck to each other. Couldn't get gummies from the bottom half of the bottle. I tried a butter knife to dislodge the gummies, but no luck. Omg, i even banged the bottle on my kitchen countertop , still no use. So, I have a new bottle that can't be consumed.

I give them a grade B for potency however—given that a number of the vitamins and minerals don't give you 100% of your daily value, like Zinc and vitamin C.

I bought these for me and my teen daughter to keep our health on track. We take two every morning with breakfast. It's kind of like a sweet treat with added benefits. I would love to say that I feel so awesome because of them. I look at it as insurance for my later years.
