I take these as soon as I awake in the morning. Easy to chew. They provide pretty full vitamen coverage. The only thing I sometimes add is magnesium glycinate.

After 2 months I don’t see any difference

Bottle cap is impossible to open. What a terrible design. Absolutely do not buy

The birds don’t seem to like it. Not sure if this mix is the right one.
